+Student registration applies to only those students who are currently enrolled in 9 or more credit hours of courses. Proof of enrollment will be required prior to admittance to the conference.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing (via fax, email or regular mail) no later than September 17, 2010 in order to receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee. After September 17, cancelled registrations must be applied to future MAC URISA events.
Hotel Reservations:
Make your reservations directly with Trump Marina. Call their reservation department at 800-777-8477 option #5 and tell the operator you are with MAC URISA (conference code AMAC10) in order to receive the special group rate. The cut-off date for all reservations will be Monday, September 13, 2010. After this date, reservations will be accepted on an availability basis only and subject to prevailing rates. Cancellation of individual reservations not received by Trump Marina at least 48 hours in advance of arrival date will be charged one night's revenue.
