  This rate valid for admission on Tuesday October 23, 2012 only and includes attendance the Conference and the Banquet Dinner.
• 1 Day Conference - Wednesday Only – $55.00
  This rate valid for admission on Wednesday October 24, 2012 only and includes admission to the conference.
• 2 Day Conference - Tuesday and Wednesday Only – $180.00
  This rate valid for admission on Tuesday October 23 and Wednesday October 24, 2012 only. It includes admission to the conference plus one Banquet Dinner ticket.
• 3 Day Full Week – $225.00
  This rate valid for admission to the entire week's activities. It includes admission to one pre-conference workshop, both conference days, and one Banquet Dinner ticket
• Monday Wednesday – $155.00
• Pre-Conference Workshop – $100.00
  This rate valid for admission on Monday October 22, 2012 only and includes admission to one pre-conference workshop.
• Student Conference – $100.00
  This rate valid for admission on Tuesday October 23 and Wednesday October 24, 2012 only. It includes admission to the conference plus one Banquet Dinner ticket. Student registration applies to only those students who are currently enrolled in 9 or more credit hours of courses. Proof of enrollment will be required in order to receive the code to register at this rate.
• Student Pre-Conference Workshop – $75.00
  This rate valid for admission on Monday October 22, 2012. It includes admission to one Pre-Conference Workshop only. Student registration applies to only those students who are currently enrolled in 9 or more credit hours of courses.
