MAC URISA invites you to participate in our 19th regional GIS conference to be held October 24th-26th, 2018 at Resorts Hotel in Atlantic City, NJ. By taking advantage of an exhibitor or sponsorship opportunity, your company will spend several days face-to-face with your target audience at the largest GIS conference in the region.

We are very appreciative of all of our sponsors and exhibitors. The sponsorship program has been designed to give you clear focus and attention during the conference. For this year’s conference we have:
  • Held the same prices for being a Premier Sponsor since 2010
  • Continued to schedule all breaks and meal times in the Exhibit Hall
  • Hosted the Conference Banquet Dinner in the Exhibit Hall, by popular demand
  • Collaborated with the NJ Geospatial Forum to have their General Meeting held on-site Friday, October 26th, 2018

  • Three (3) registrations included for your personnel (Thursday and Friday only – must register separately for pre-conference workshops)
  • Standard 8’ x 10’ Exhibitor Booth
  • Pre- and post-conference mailing lists of attendees
  • Company contact information, logo, and corporate summary included in Exhibitor Listing section of Conference Program online using Sched (email high resolution image of company logo to sponsors@macurisa.org)
  • Acknowledgements during General Sessions, Lunch, and the Banquet Dinner
  • The option to exhibit on Workshop Day during lunch
  • Logo and link to your website on our Conference homepage

Exhibit Booth - $900

  • One (1) registration included for your personnel (Thursday and Friday only – must register separately for pre-conference workshops)
  • Standard 8’ x 10’ Exhibitor Booth
  • Pre- and post-conference mailing lists of attendees
  • Company contact information included in Exhibitor Listing section of Conference Program online using Sched

Additional Information

  • Premier Sponsor set up: Wednesday, October 24th, 2018 between 10am to 8pm
  • Exhibitor set up: Wednesday, October 24th, 2018 between 2pm and 8pm
  • Conference Banquet will be held in the Exhibit Hall from 6pm to 10pm on Thursday, October 25th, 2018
  • Exhibit Hall hours: Thursday, October 25th, 2018 8am-10pm and Friday, October 26th, 2018 8am-2pm
  • Standard booth includes a draped table, two chairs, wastebasket, electricity, and wireless internet
  • Any other ancillary services and supplies are subject to an additional charge
