Sponsorship must be confirmed and paid by Friday, May 22, 2020 to receive the Spring Meeting benefits; Friday, October 2, 2020 to receive the Fall Meetings benefits; and Friday, January 1, 2021 to receive the 2021 Spring Conference benefits.

Spring Meeting/Fall Meeting

• Meeting List - A list of all participants registered to attend the in-person meeting or webinar, to be provided to you via email.
• Thank You Poster/Webinar Thank You - For in-person meetings, your company logo will be displayed on a MAC URISA thank you to sponsors poster in the meeting space. For webinar meetings, your company logo will be displayed on acknowledgement slides during the event opening and event breaks. Please submit your high-resolution company logo by email to sponsors@macurisa.org no later than 14 days prior to the event.
• Attendees - For in-person meetings, this is the number of individual(s) from your company that attend the meeting free of charge. $40 value per attendee! For webinar meetings, there is no cost to attend - please register as many attendees as you like!
• Company Banner/Logo on Event Agenda - For in-person meetings, you may advertise your business using a company banner with openings for nails/rivets. For webinar meetings, your company logo linked to your website will be displayed on the event agenda.
• One Page Ad/Social Media Announcement - For in-person meetings, you have the option to provide to us, or bring with you, paper copies of your company one-page ad for distribution. Please provide 150 hard copies of the single page advertisement (either color or black & white) and ship to us (mailing address provided in confirmation email) no later than 14 days prior to the event. For webinar meetings, your company will get a special announcement on MAC URISA social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter).
• Table Top Display/Logo on Event Page & Webinar URL Email - For in-person meetings, advertise your company on a table top set up. For webinar meetings, your company logo linked to your website will be added to the event webpage and the webinar URL email sent out to attendees before the event.
• Booth/Logo on Event Page & Webinar URL Email - For in-person meetings, advertise your company using an 8' x 10' booth set up. For webinar meetings, your company logo linked to your website will be added to the event webpage and the webinar URL email sent out to attendees before the event.
• Lightning Talk - Give a 10 minute talk on a topic relevant to the theme of the spring and fall meetings. If you are interested in presenting, you will need to confirm your request no later than a month prior to the event. Please email sponsors@macurisa.org and we will make our best effort to work it into the program.

Spring Conference

• Event Bronze - Company logo included in Exhibitor Listing section of Conference Program online using Sched, placard acknowledgement during Friday lunch.
• Event Silver - Company logo included in Exhibitor Listing section of Conference Program online using Sched, placard acknowledgement during Thursday breakfast.
• Event Gold - Company logo included in Exhibitor Listing section of Conference Program online using Sched, placard acknowledgement during Thursday lunch and banquet.
