For our third half-day virtual event in 2021, MAC URISA has partnered with DVRPC's Information Resources Exchange Group (IREG) and will welcome speakers to discuss the role that GIS can play in advancing racial equity, social justice, and sustainable, inclusive development in the Mid-Atlantic region. GIS provides insight into patterns of inequality and can provide common understanding across communities to affect positive change.
